Through careful facade planning, daylight sources can be optimally utilized.
The installation of fixed shading elements in the facade was geometrically coordinated with the window sizes.

The light-directing brise-soleil elements bring natural light deep into spaces, reduce artificial lighting, and improve well-being. Natural light supports circadian rhythms, which increases concentration and productivity. At the same time, the yield of the standard PV modules arranged in the facade is maximally enhanced by the reflective brise-soleil surfaces. The solar energy is directly integrated into the building system.

The harmonious mix of optimally utilized daylight and self-produced solar power not only creates cost and CO2 savings, but also increases quality of life.

The building envelope is characterized by horizontal brise-soleil elements (sun protection louvers)
