With a height of 75 meters and 24 floors, Switzerland’s tallest timber building is about to open. The climate-friendly high-rise comprises 156 apartments and commercial spaces.

The facade of the high-rise is characterized by a filigree metal structure with horizontally cantilevered photovoltaic modules. These modules are modularly constructed and not only generate electricity but also serve as brise-soleil, protecting the interiors from overheating and ensuring optimal use of daylight.

Wood-hybrid high-rise with numerous windows. The delicate metal facade with horizontally projecting photovoltaic elements on all sides is modularly constructed, analogous to the floors.
